you purchased is under warranty by the manufacturer and is needing

resolve the problem ourselves or provide you with the information
you will need to contact them and deal with them directly.

guarantee all of our products to perform to the highest industry
standards. If a cartridge is deemed to be defective, it will be
replaced free of charge. |

Customer
Service Policy |
Orders
received by 3:00 P.M. for in-stock items will be delivered the following
business day. Customers will be notified if their item will require
a special order with additional delivery time.

An
invoice will be given at the time of delivery. Invoices will contain
only items delivered at that time.

Orders
can be submitted by email,
phone or fax.

Empty
cartridges will be picked up when new ones are delivered. |
| Agencies
that use a high number of cartridges can negotiate for a high volume
discount on their supplies. |
